We've had our vertical blinds for a few years. On the front kitchen window blinds some stitching was coming undone at the bottom(where the weight is held) and only on 4/5 of them. I called Urban blinds and Jay came to have a look. He said that this shouldn't happen and said he'd get some more for me. In just over 2 weeks he came back with new matching blinds and changed all of them on that window, not just the 4 faulty ones. Well done Urban Blinds, that was great service.
